Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
